Pike Luck strictly prohibits anyone under the age of 18 from creating an account or participating in any gaming activity.
One Account Per Person
If a single person opens multiple accounts, all accounts may be closed and all balances forfeited.
KYC Verification is Mandatory
Identity verification is required before any withdrawal. Providing false information may result in your account being closed at any time.
Transparent Bonus Terms

Introduction & Scope

This Terms & Conditions document governs the use of the Pike Luck platform (pikeluck.pro) and all associated services. By creating an account, logging in, or using any feature of the platform, you are deemed to have agreed to these terms.

Pike Luck is a licensed online gaming and Sports Betting platform built for users in Bangladesh. We believe that clear, transparent policies are the foundation of lasting trust with our members — which is why every term is explained in plain, straightforward language, free from legal jargon.

Important: Although these terms are published in Bangla, the English version shall be considered authoritative in the event of any legal dispute.

Eligibility & Registration

To create an account on Pike Luck, the following conditions must be met:

    All information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date. Providing false information may result in account termination.

    Family members of Pike Luck employees are not eligible to participate on the platform.
Warning: Registering with a fake identity or using someone else's information is a serious violation. In such cases, the entire account balance will be forfeited.

Account Policy & Security

You are responsible for the security of your own account. Never share your password and do not play from someone else's account. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, contact Pike Luck support immediately.

Multiple individuals from the same household or using the same device may hold separate accounts; however, Pike Luck reserves the right to verify that each account belongs to a distinct individual.

Inactive AccountAccounts with no activity for 365 days may be deactivated. Contact support to reactivate your account.
Update InformationIf your phone number or email address changes, please update it in your account settings immediately.
Account ClosureYou may request to close your account at any time. Any remaining balance must be withdrawn before closure.

Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Pike Luck supports transactions via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and other payment methods. All deposits must come from an account registered in your own name — third-party payments are not accepted.

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 30 minutes to 2 hours. However, KYC verification is mandatory for first-time withdrawals or large amounts.

    Minimum deposit: ৳200. Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.

    Deposits are generally free of charge; however, your payment provider may apply their own fees.

    Withdrawals must be made through the same method used for the deposit; other methods are restricted.

Accepting a bonus means you agree to its associated terms. Any attempt to abuse a bonus — such as using multiple accounts, placing opposing bets, or circumventing wagering requirements through any method — is strictly prohibited and will result in the bonus being voided.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All games and betting activities on Pike Luck are governed by the following general rules. Individual games may have additional rules, which can be found on the respective game page.

  • Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
  • Pike Luck reserves the right to void any bets placed unintentionally due to a technical error.
  • In Sports Betting, if odds change after a bet is placed, the odds at the time of placement are final.
  • In live betting, if your internet connection drops, your bet will remain in its last confirmed state.
  • If a match is abandoned or postponed, Pike Luck's specific abandoned match policy will apply.

Prohibited Activities

Any of the following actions constitutes a serious violation of Pike Luck's Terms & Conditions. Immediate action will be taken upon detection.

  • Claiming bonus benefits by creating multiple accounts.
  • Using the platform for money laundering or any transaction involving illegal funds.
  • Using software or bots to place bets or play games automatically.
  • Using another member's identity or impersonating them.
  • Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities in the platform.
  • Harassing other members or engaging in abusive behavior in live chat.

Account Suspension & Closure Policy

Pike Luck reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

  • If any clause of the Terms & Conditions is violated.
  • False information is found during KYC verification.
  • Suspicious financial activity is detected on the account.
  • Upon directive from law enforcement authorities.

If your account is closed, your verified balance (excluding bonuses) will generally be refunded, unless a serious violation has occurred. You may appeal any decision by contacting our support team.

Limitation of Liability

The Pike Luck platform provides its services on an "as is" basis. We strive to ensure uninterrupted service; however, brief disruptions may occasionally occur due to maintenance or technical issues.

Pike Luck is not liable for any financial losses incurred through gaming — these are entirely your own decisions. Our liability is also limited in relation to issues arising from third-party services, such as payment gateways.

Yes, Pike Luck is currently fully available in both Bangla and English. To switch languages, look for a flag icon or a "Language" option in the top-right corner or the menu — simply select your preferred language from there. The change takes effect instantly and your preference is saved for future logins. If you're on mobile, you'll also find the language option under the Settings menu. Our support team is always available in Bangla, so you can use the platform comfortably without any knowledge of English.

This is a pretty common question. Yes, two adults from the same household can open separate accounts — provided each account is registered with completely different identity details and payment methods. The same mobile number, national ID, or bKash number cannot be used for two accounts. If both people are using the same device, Pike Luck may monitor this and request verification. If bonus abuse is suspected, both accounts may be subject to investigation. The short answer: as long as two people in the same household each have their own phone number and payment account, there's no issue.
